I have been using Reboot and Show up for two months now and I can tell a difference. With Reboot my sleep is so much deeper and I fall asleep so much faster. With Show up I don’t get the mental black outs as much and get through the day without the 3pm crash. Highly recommend.
I didn't realise how well it was working until my husband commented that I was less restless overnight and seemed to be sleeping deeper.
I then noticed that it was true - I am falling to sleep quicker, and sleeping through the night, or only waking once. A massive improvement on taking hours (literally) to fall asleep and then waking several times each night.
